I really liked how the clinic incorporated riders of different levels to allow for the maximum growth. Having all the riders set up the course together allows them to improve their skills as well as gives the opportunity to make new friends or spend quality time with old ones. The lesson plan was adapted to suit each rider and horse combination to ensure the safety and improvement of each individual.

What I found most challenging was keeping Showby at a slower pace doing the line with the oxer to the vertical going towards home. I really liked switching it up with the oxer first which really demanded rocking her back onto her hind end in order to successfully jump the vertical.

The mini-clinics are beneficial because they are a fun way to learn as well as a fun way to spend the day.
